Embroidery File Formats that We Can Do
For various home sewing machines and professional embroidery machines, there are several embroidery file types available. If not all of them, we can digitize the majority of them. It is likely that your system will support many different formats, and if there are any particular formats that we are unable to do, we will be able to perform one or more of those formats. In our practice, this has always been the case, and we almost ever turn someone away. A list of the formats we can work with is provided below.

Formats for Artwork Files that You Can Submit
It is advised that you get your artwork ready or request that your customer provide their artwork in one of these formats:
- JPG is a suitable format to use for pictures, scanned images with a lot of colors, etc.
- PNG is best suited for simpler designs, particularly those with more areas of solid color. such as a text or logo
- PDFs are great, especially when they're vector files, which allow for easy scaling of the artwork without affecting quality.
- We also enjoy these vector formats: EPS, AI, and SVG. Remember to turn any fonts used to create the design into outlines.
- Word Document: It's OK for some customers to provide them. Just remember that you might email the image rather than embedding it, which could reduce the quality of the page.
- TIFF and BMP files will function, but they can be very large. JPG could be a preferable file for use instead.
- PSD files are not the best, they could display differently on our machine, especially if they have font layers in them. Kindly save it in PDF, PNG, or JPG format.
- Send it in any format you have, if we are unable to open it, we will notify you.
